– a retrospective look at the progress we have made in the 2023 Financial Year (FY23).
In FY23, our dedicated team continued to work diligently to develop innovative industrial decarbonisation and environmental solutions. Here, we outline the global challenges addressed by our core technology platform, discuss each of our business lines’ sustainability achievements, and disclose our ambitions to 2030.
Calix is committed to operating responsibly. Within the pages of this report, you will also find detailed insights into the Company’s efforts to measure and reduce our carbon footprint, our ongoing commitment to workforce health and safety, and our efforts to fostering diversity. All of which are underpinned by good corporate governance.
Our sustainability strategies align with the United Nations Global Compact, of which we have been a participant since 2020. We continue to look to the UNGC for guidance as we progress on our sustainability journey.
