Duncan Berry joined Calix in April 2021 as a Senior Process Engineer. He brings to the company over 12 years experience in the fields of carbon capture, waste gas emission control, liquid and gas purification, water treatment and power generation. Over his career he has completed numerous projects ranging from small conceptual studies and pilot plants through to detailed design, construction and commissioning of facilities up to $100m.
Originally from Canada, Duncan moved to Australia in 2015 to support local engineering projects and has since made Australia his home. Duncan brings his experience with carbon capture to further the application of CO2 handling, compression and treatment by Calix, particularly on brownfield retrofits of existing facilities. He looks forward to working with Calix on the commercialisation of the technology and R&D advancement for new applications.
